1. Acceptance of Terms. These Terms of Service are between you and Venatz Works LLC, the operator of Noravi ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service. Noravi provides web-based audio mixing, sound generation, and sound sequencing tools. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (c) reverse engineer or redistribute content; (d) share or resell your account credentials; (e) upload any content that infringes the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property. The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Venatz Works LLC. User-generated audio mixes remain the property of the user.

6. Indemnification. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venatz Works LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right.

7. Limitation of Liability. Venatz Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided for entertainment and wellness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Venatz Works LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Noravi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect. We collect: (a) account information (name, email, optional phone number); (b) usage data (device type, browser, login history); (c) payment information processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information. To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, track device sessions for security, send service-related communications, and improve our features.

3. Data Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) cloud infrastructure providers for data storage; (c) legal authorities when required by law.

4. Device Session Data. We track device and browser information for each login to provide device management and security features. You can view and revoke device sessions in the Settings page.

5. Data Security. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted authentication, OTP verification, and optional two-factor authentication.

6. Your Rights. You may access, update, or delete your account information. You may request data export or account deletion by contacting support. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy. The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

1. Billing. Premium subscriptions are sold by Venatz Works LLC and billed monthly at $6.99/month or yearly at $69.99/year through Stripe. A one-time Lifetime option is also available for $222. Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew each cycle unless cancelled. You will be billed until you cancel.

3. Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings → Subscription page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

4. Refunds. All sales are final. Venatz Works LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscription and Lifetime purchases. Because the full feature set is available to try before you pay, please make sure you are satisfied with the Service before upgrading. Charges are non-refundable, even if you cancel mid-cycle — cancellation only stops future renewals.

5. Price Changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new rate at the next renewal after notice.

6. Free Trial. If offered, free trials grant full premium access for the trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

7. Account Sharing. Your subscription is tied to your individual account. Sharing credentials to provide premium access to non-paying users is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

1. Ownership of Content. You represent and warrant that you own all right, title, and interest in any content you upload to Noravi, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to use such content.

2. Prohibited Content. You agree not to upload, store, or share any audio files or other content that:

• Infringes the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

3. Responsibility. You are solely responsible for any content you upload. Venatz Works LLC does not pre-screen user uploads but reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy.

4. Enforcement. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination at our discretion.

DMCA Copyright Policy. Venatz Works LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our designated agent by emailing the support address listed in the Support tab with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and, if warranted, remove the infringing material promptly.

Repeat Infringers. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
